Savings -Rich individuals have a way of spending their money quite different from what they are expected of.
In many cases, they will be blamed for not dishing out their cash like politicians do; but if there is one characteristic they have managed to maintain for a long time is financial discipline. That is why they are late to marry, divorced or have – at most – two kids as their complete family.
On the other hand, the poor class will always spend anything they have on classy cars, trendy phones, booze and women. For them this is what they can do with their money when every rich guy next door is investing and scratching his or her head about the next venture.
Most poor people don’t know how to differentiate what they want and what they need. They will mix up themselves because they don’t believe a need is necessary while a want is luxury without any other name.
All rich people will tell you that money is a precious rare commodity which must be utilized well. On the other hand, the poor also know very well that money is rare but when they get it they quickly forget that.
Most rich persons will get money, sit down quietly for a few weeks as if nothing happened and when they rise up to make a move, it will be about investing. They think before they spend.
So in a nutshell rich men will only spend their money on investments as the poor spend their fortunes on luxurious liabilities.
Golden rule; never spend money on what you can do without until it is necessary to do so.
