Responsibilities:
- Engage and convert leads into sales.
- Respond to all customer queries with professionalism and enthusiasm.
- Ensure delightful customer experiences from the initial contact through to after-sales service.
- Meet and exceed revenue targets.
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of continuous experience in the tours and travel industry
- Degree/Diploma/Certificate in Tours and Travel or related field
- Extensive knowledge of local and international destinations
- Proven ability creating and costing custom itineraries and packages with zero errors
- Experience working with sales targets
- Experience building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and service providers
- Strong customer service focus
- Attention to detail
