The recruitment is done from Monday to Saturday between 7:00am and 8:30am at BM headquarters in Nairobi, along Jamhuri Road, off Ngong Road, on the way to the Nairobi International Show Ground.

Form Four leavers (minimum of KCSE certificate). Men should be between 26 and 40 years old, while ladies should be between 25 and 35. The height requirement for men is 5 feet, 5 inches, while the requirement for women is 5 feet, 3 inches. Candidates should possess a certificate of good conduct. They should be proficient in oral and written Kiswahili and English languages.
