Solution -With a huge number of graduates already out there and many still coming from universities, it is hard for a Degree to help sufficiently.
Unfortunately, many youth who leave campuses armed with their papers seem to forget that there are many others who graduated before them. They tend to put a blind eye of the truth that Degrees are good but not sufficient solution.
And to begin with, most of the youth want to over rely on papers to survive. They want well-paying jobs to start a life. This is a dangerous attitude that has left many of them jobless.
Some even decline job offers just because they think the pay is meager. They don’t know experience is another qualification many employers now want on the table during interviews.
Another big mistake from graduates is waiting for an employment. Employment is good but there is another quick way of starting a life – simply by initiating a business’s idea. Online or physical both places have enough space for everyone. Do not fear to start something. First start and see where it will take you. Remember that failure is also a good lesson. Business is like a marriage where you marry someone who would later murder you or make you proud.
Moreover, it is now a wrong culture and which must stop where these so called graduates believe that education is everything. They end up going back to school for further studies in Maters and PHDs after they fail to secure anything with their Bachelor’s Degree.
Education in the university helps in analytical thinking. It was meant to help us learn to live and not to give us a living. Do not overburden education.
