Business -Time is always limited. It is a treasure that should not be wasted because once it goes away it never comes back in the same measure.
As human beings, we are always distracted by choices. We tend not to focus on one thing at a time; what eventually costs many their wealth.
Well if you have unlimited time, which I know you don’t, you can take that route of wasting some hours doing nothing or running around chasing everything at once.
Now let us talk about how to become a successful entrepreneur in your area of specialty or profession.
Firstly, you will have to create the correct mindset and do that which you have passion with. For instance, mindset is defined as “a series of self-perceptions or beliefs people hold about themselves. These determine behaviour, outlook and mental attitude. For example, believing you are either ‘intelligent’ or ‘unintelligent” is already a mindset. So always have positivity on whatever you are doing.
To succeed, you will only have to accept focusing on a few things rather than running haphazard which in itself in complete disorganization.
Secondly, draw a vision for your startup. Have a vision of what you want to be or where you want to take your business. A vision statement describes what a company desires to achieve in the long-run, generally in a time frame of five to ten years, or sometimes even longer.
This will help you to focus on what is important not what is urgent. Importance and urgency are two different things. Instead of being busy for Busy-ness by running up and down and meeting people just to look busy and to be seen as a man on a mission, try not to fall into such traps by asking yourself if what you are doing really matters economically. All what we do must end in money.
Remember that almost everybody feels urgent and many businessmen have continued to run on that risky treadmill.
Lastly, become a master of your niche. Decorate your area of expertise until you are noticed as the best in the market juts like Google became a global brand after it outmaneuvered the rest of its competitors like Ask Javees.
