We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Sales & Marketing Manager to lead our efforts in driving growth and brand visibility
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Post-graduate qualification is an added advantage.
- Over 10 years of experience in sales and marketing
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth, increasing brand visibility, and developing successful marketing campaigns.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, including social media, SEO, and
PPC campaigns. - Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment with a focus on results.
- Familiarity with the Nairobi hospitality market and key players is a plus.
Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to maximize revenue and guest occupancy.
- Lead a high-performing sales and marketing team, providing guidance, support, and training.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agents, and other key partners.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer behaviour to make data-driven decisions.
- Oversee digital marketing, including social media, SEO, and email campaigns, to enhance brand awareness and online presence.
- Create and manage promotional campaigns and special offers to attract guests and retain loyal customers.
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure a seamless guest experience from booking to departure.
