Cabinet ––President William Ruto has named his second batch of Cabinet Secretaries which has included ODM Party allies.
In the list named today, both Wycliffe Oparanya and Hassan Ali Joho were made cabinet secretaries with the former taking the cooperatives docket as the latter was entrusted with Mining previous held by Salim Mvurya.
Mvuryua was moved to Trade and Industrialization previously held by Kipchumba Murkomen who was switched to the Sports docket.
Here are the names of the persons Ruto has nominated to fill the remaining slots in cabinet.
1. Treasury – John Mbadi
2. Trade – Salim Mvurya
3. Tourism – Rebecca Miano
4. Energy – Opiyo Wandayi
5. Mining – Hassan Joho
6. Sports – Kipchumba Murkomen
7. Labour – Alfred Mutua – Labour
8. Cooperatives – Wycliffe Oparanya
9. Public Service – Justin Muturi
10. Gender – Stella Langat
