Online Business -Kenyan startups will have something to smile about after radio queen-turned-motivational speaker Caroline Mutoko announced free empowering series.
In the news that surfaced on Friday September 16, Mutoko has partnered with Twiva so as to highlight and train local micro, small and medium Enterprises MSMEs with an aim of assisting them learn how to gain online presence and markets for their businesses.
“Empowering MSMEs Masterclass with Caroline Mutoko” and topics will include: Why every business must have an online presence and where and how to get your business seen online.
Moreover, she said that she will be looking into the psychology behind creating amazing online content; and creating an exceptional digital customer experience.
The masterclasses will air every Tuesday, with the first on 20thSeptember 2022, and will be accessible on Twiva.com as well as on her social media platforms.
Mutoko and Twiva embarked on this partnership following a critical assessment of the current challenges the Kenyan MSMEs face while trying to navigate digital presence.
So far, Kenyan MSMEs make up at least 7.4million, accounting for over 24% of the total Gross Domestic Product (GDP). E-commerce adoption among MSMEs has grown by over 24% since the onset of COVID-19.
