Working Online –A messenger who has been working with a multinational Construction Company in Mombasa is now putting up a mansion six months after he resigned from his job.
At his former job, he used to earn upto sh 45,000 every month in salary and had stayed on that job for three years.
In a post he shared on his Twitter page, Luke or Lukas as he likes calling himself, revealed that he was being mistreated by his supervisor daily. The supervisor was toxic.
He narrated how his supervisor had hatched a plan to plant on him a case concerning lost material in the store. That if it were not for the heartily and kind Human Resource Manager called Judy, Lukas was going home.
These and many other frustrations including lack of salary increment had plunged Luke into a state of depression while, at home, his wife and two children depended on the same sh 45,000 monthly pay.
“Many of my colleagues get their salaries increased every year, mine has been stuck at the same place for now three years.
“I have tried to write letters but my supervisor keeps blocking my efforts. I have gone through quit a lot,” he stated in the long emotional post.
That far, he had to quit job to pursue personal alternatives. That is the point he was shown this website RoboForex by a random friend who stays in the same locality.
