Malava area Member of Parliament, Moses Malulu Injendi, has passed away after a long battel with undisclosed disease.
The lawmaker’s death was confirmed on Monday, February 17, after weeks of hospitalization in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU).
While his cause of death has yet to be made public, the legislator was reportedly enduring breathing problems in the days leading up to his passing.
Confirming Injendi’s passing was Speaker of the National Assembly Moses Wetang’ula, who described the late MP as a passionate leader. Wetangula further divulged that Injendi passed away around 5.15 pm at Aga Khan Hospital in Nairobi.
