LOOP, a unique App that simplifies financial management by combining banking, transactions, budgeting, and savings in one place, deployed a new User Interface (UI) on Monday, February 17, 2025, further bringing more convenience to users of the lifestyle app.
The new interface has been designed to provide a fresh look and a significantly improved user experience on the Pay, Grow, and Discover pages.
The refreshed design aligns with LOOP’s brand values, offering a clean, contemporary interface that enhances usability based on user feedback.
For example, the Pay Page lives up to its name in the new design, simplifying payment methods for users by bringing together all the payment methods they may need to utilise.
A unique feature of the new UI is the Recurring Transfers option, which makes it easier for users to pay utilities and other recurring bills. Without the clutter of the old version, the new UI consolidates the Bills and Subscriptions option into a single click. Users can easily add new bills here.
For payment through MPesa, users can still access the Lipa na MPesa, Send Money, and Buy Airtime options on the refurbished page. They can also access their Bank Cards on this page and pay for LOOP Biz. In the new version, users are immediately directed to the keyboard feature instead of choosing a money service first.
Other notable page changes include, grow, discover and how to loop. The App is available on both the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.
