Very many businesses fail in their second or even third birthday due to lack of a plan on the part of the owners.

Do not misuse company funds; allocate yourself a salary like any other worker. Don’t take off days carelessly. Again, make sure you are picking on the right staff who can move at your speed or even better.
Lastly, do not expose your business to legal challenges. Make sure you address any permit and license requirements to avoid unnecessary penalties some which can plunge you into a sudden crash.
A business is your livelihood. If well taken care of can change make you very rich in just years. Learn persistence, discipline and taking calculated risks
