Employment –Jobs come in many forms some from organisations, institutions and many from government departments.
Both government and private sector provide employment and, that is why, even today, we have people working in government while others are in private sector.
Remuneration is not different. You will get government paying well and, sometimes, private employer paying staff even better than public organisations.
In the United States of America U.S.A and Europe abd even in China, private organisations, mostly technology based entities, pay well its staff. The staff there are paid six figure salary.
Look at Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Google, Microsoft Inc. etc, all competent tech companies, do pay well despite being privately founded and owned.
So, whenever you are searching for a job, do not downlook at any, dive and test waters from within. You always have an option to change to another office when dissatisfied with the conditions or treatment where you are currently.
And it goes without mentioning that working in, atleast, three companies leaves you with a detailed CV as your profile grows and becomes competitive in the market.
The best way or place to start your career is a front office or sales and marketing officer. Such jobs are many and easy to be your spring board for bigger and better things. Take such offers and, sometimes, they pay so well.
I have seen sales persons who live a decent life from what they do. They are, mostly, paid retainer and on commission basis. Many a times, both salary and commissions. This makes them well paid since the amount of commission you pay may be anything depending on your sales that particular month.
Remember, in any sales job, meeting monthly target is always the culture and organisations usually reward their best performers.
