Purchasing – If you have a plan to also own a car, it is advisable to take atleast six weeks doing your research on what type of car you would want to poses.
A car is not just any other equipment to think about in the morning, in the afternoon you are leaving to a shop and by evening you are back with the one. It is not bread.
Whether brand new or second hand, cars require due diligence. It’s a capital intensity asset – just like land and therefore some precaution is necessary.
So therefore, make sure you are purchasing a car you have an idea about. Look into things like model, make, mileage, its sustainability, ability to drive in your area etc.
Not every car or land dealer is genuine. Not everybody who preaches the gospel is honest. Just take months, consult widely, read reviews and walk around before you can finally write that cheque.
Remember, dealers just like individuals, sell machines for various reasons. Some of these reasons could be to do away with old equipment, bad equipment or to make profits.
Its therefore highly probable that if you escape the first one, you won’t the second. And if you are lucky to escape the first two, the third will come for you.
