Success -Ms Lucy Wangui Wanjiru has finally joined the millionaires club of 2021. This is according to the Knight Frank recent report.
The CEO and founder Hilluck Enterprises Limited ventured into transportation business in 2013 after having worked for some years as a waitress.
The 33-year-old entrepreneur founded the company that links clients and companies exporting flowers to the United Kingdom UK, Belgium, and Saudi Arabia.
Her now multi-million firm takes full pride in being an intermediary player between farmers and the international clients.
A background check indicates that the youthful CEO went to a primary school in Kerugoya before she went to Mutira Girls High School for her secondary studies.
“I then pursued a short course on food and beverage at Fir Food and Beverage at Harpers Ngong Road. This officially introduced me to the service industry and really showed me the importance of serving people. I get alot for joy and fulfillment in serving people,” she mentioned in a past interview.
She would then enroll at the Kenya Institute of Management KIM where she pursued a certificate in Human Resource Management which helped her become innovative and industrious.
“I also undertook a Higher Diploma in Management and Leadership. I really enjoyed this training because it equipped me with leadership knowledge and skills I currently apply,” Wanjiru said.
She detailed that her plan is to transform and empower society by vying for the Member of County Assembly (MCA) seat in Mihang’o Ward in Nairobi in the upcoming August 9 polls.
