Four persons masquerading as job agents have been arrested scamming residents of Eldoret thousands of their money in the guise of helping them secure well-paying jobs in the United Emirates, Dubai.
The four who were arrested among them was a woman of Arab origin and three men who are suspected to be behind a network of fake recruitment drive that has been targeting more than 2000 jobseekers in Eldoret Town.
The suspects were nabbed on Monday November 27 in Eldoret Town, Uasin Gishu County.
The police confirmed flushing out the group while it was busy recruiting more persons.
