Office -Deputy President Rigathi Gachagua has today employed in his office the lady who was assaulted at the peak of Ruguru Ward by-election in Nyeri in the year 2018.
Martha JM Miano who was assaulted five years ago has found a job at the deputy president’s office and will run the digital and innovation office.
“Let us continue with our dedication here at Harambee Annex, Deputy President Rigathi Gachagua’s office,” the Mathira-based blogger Ms Miano revealed in her statement accompanied by photos of her new working room at the Harambee Annex.

Her rise to stardom happened in 2018 after being slapped by the then Mathira Member of Parliament MP Rigathi Gachagua’s driver and three other people while working as an election observer.
