• We are looking for a skilled Cutting List and CAD Design Specialist who will play a crucial role in ensuring precise preparation and entry of cutting lists into the optimisation system for producing kitchen cabinets, wardrobes, and custom furniture. The ideal candidate will have a background in CAD design and cutting list preparation for Kitchen Cabinets, Wardrobes and Custom Interior furniture.

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately input client-provided physical cutting lists into optimisation software, ensuring precision in length, width, material types, quantities, and edgebanding details.
• Review and verify cutting lists to ensure accuracy and adherence to production standards.
• Maintain detailed records of all cutting lists, updates, and project changes.
• Generate client quotations based on optimized materials and furniture accessories requirements.
• Prepare detailed reports and documentation for project tracking and effective client communication.
• Collaborate with production teams to ensure all designs and cutting plans are feasible and align with company standards clients requirements.
• Develop and maintain detailed CAD drawings for kitchen cabinets, wardrobes, and custom furniture projects based on client specifications.
• Modify and update CAD designs as needed based on client feedback or production changes.

Skills & Experience

• At least a Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field;
• CAD certifications are a plus.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in CAD design and cutting list preparation within the furniture or cabinetry industry.Proficiency in industry-standard CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, ArchiCAD, etc.) and cutting list optimisation software.
• Proficiency in MS Excel
• Strong attention to detail, organisational skills, and ability to manage multiple projects.
• Effective problem-solving skills and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
