Tech News –iPhone Street Kenya management has released a statement on the fake phones on sale in their shops.
In a long statement after claims by a section of customers that the firm was selling refurbished products as brand-new devices, CEO Mr. Charles Kanyi Njagua or Jaguar now says he will personally follow up the matter so that to resolve the concerns amicably.
Jaguar, while taking full responsibility, said though the claims some could be true, he will be making drastic changes on the customer care desk.

Moreover, the tech company will be setting up a dedicated 24-hour hotline services meant to help address customer concerns in time.
“As a company grows, it can only be measured by the ability to accept criticism, both positive and negative. We’ve contacted the affected clients to come up with the best solution that guarantees their satisfaction,” Jaguar further stated.
The company also addressed the concerns regarding remote locking software placed on the iPhones to prevent users who default in payments from using the device. They said that the software aims at protecting the customer and the business.
