Jobs –Journalist and former 10 Over 10 entertainment show host Willis Raburu has reportedly landed a lucrative job with government.
The seasoned media personality has landed a lucrative office work in the Nairobi County Government, weeks after he left Royal Media Services RMS.
According to a well-placed source, the Former Citizen TV presenter has secured a job in Governor Sakaja’s office.
He will be the new Communication Director after walter Mongare aka Nyambane left with the old regime of Anne Kananu.
Mr. Raburu will, therefore, be responsible for managing press relations and developing contacts with media members and influencers.
The entertainer will also take charge of leading a team of skilled professionals in the field of communication, marketing, and design.
He left Citizen TV a few weeks ago after 13 years of service with the SK Macharia-owned media house that also runs other several news outlets among them Hot 96, Ramogi Tv etc.
Raburu’s journey at Royal Media Services RMS started in 2010, where he transited from an intern to a News reporter, and later a host of TruthMeter weekly show.
His influence would quickly rise up to the field of entertainment where he hosted the youthful 10 over 10 show, that airs every Friday.
