Economist –Anytime David Ndii opens his mouth, he shoots straight without blinking either eye.
This week alone, the chairman of the President’s Council of Economic Advisors claimed that this government is not only overspending but also too much wasteful.
Discussing the economy on Citizen Tv with Waihiga Mwaura, Dr. Ndii said there is no single day that he is not irritated by how wasteful the government can be.
“Government is extremely wasteful, there is not a single day that I am not exasperated by not just how wasteful it is but by how deliberate it is and how unbothered people are,” he said.
Dr. Ndii is holder of a doctorate and master’s degrees in economics from Oxford, and masters and bachelor’s degrees from the University of Nairobi. He has also been a Rhodes scholar at Oxford University and an Eisenhower Fellow.
