Hustler Fund -To be able to access the Hustlers’ Fund, one will have to use the short code *254# on Safaricom, Aitel or Telkom lines.
The Fund was availed by the new government of President William Ruto who officially launched the facility at Green Park Terminus today Wednesday November 30 afternoon.
“The Hustlers Fund will give every hustler a second chance. Unlike other loan schemes, the Hustlers Fund will not require [lengthy]application [processes], just your mobile phone,” said President Ruto during the launch exercise
To successfully get approved for the facility, you will have to also insert your ID and PIN number before selecting the loan that best suits you.
Personal loans offered on the new Fund are between sh 500 and sh 50,000, with the repayment period set at 14 days.
The interest rate on the loan is eight per cent annually.
