Business -Kakamega County born Praxidese Imonje Khatemba Beil is currently a proud owner of a fleet of PSV vehicles operating in Mombasa town.
Known by many as Mama Leone, Khatemba currently runs a fully-fledged transport company with more than 20 buses on the road.
According to Opera News, Ms Praxidese had no hopes in making it in life; more so after she terribly failed in her form four exams. This saw her relocate to Mombasa with hopes of getting greener pastures away from home.
While in Mombasa, Praxidese started off as a house help but quit this job after three years citing harassment from employers.
She would continue living in Mombasa, but this time as a night prostitutes since she had no alternative. She has never shied away from accepting that she became a prostitute after she resigned from her househelp job. This however, seemed to be her turning point since it is here where she met a German national by the name Wolfgang Woll Beil who married her through a colorful marriage before they later went to their honeymoon in Germany for months.
Currently, Praxidese owns Praxigon Bus Company whereby she has over 20 buses. She has transformed Praxigon Company into one of the most popular brand names in the transport sector in Mombasa county.
