Head of Public Service Mr. Felix Koskei’s sister, Esther Chebet Rugut, has passed on.

Mourning the late, President William Ruto wished the bereaved family a strong heart as they go through the trying moments.

“We are deeply saddened by the passing of Mrs Esther Chebet Rugut, sister of the Head of Public Service, Mr Felix Koskei. Mrs Rugut was a dedicated leader in her community, who leaves behind a legacy of women’s empowerment, service and strong family values.

“Our heartfelt condolences to Mr Koskei and the entire family during this difficult time. May her soul rest in eternal peace,” further stated President Ruto.

The commander-in-chief added that her absence will be deeply felt by all who knew her.
