About Premier Bank
Premier Bank, formerly First Community Bank (FCB), is a Shari’ah-compliant commercial bank in Kenya. It received formal approval from the Central Bank of Kenya in 2007.
What is the work of the sales rep?
The sales representatives will be responsible for actively promoting and cross-selling the bank’s products and services to both new and existing customers, encouraging account openings, and reactivating dormant accounts.
They will maintain and update customer databases, follow up on referrals, and convert leads into clients while conducting market research during field assignments to provide insights to sales managers.
Additionally, they will also support marketing campaigns, promote new products, prepare detailed sales reports, deliver presentations to potential clients, and perform other tasks as assigned to achieve the bank’s business objectives.
How to apply
Interested candidates should hold a diploma in sales and marketing or a bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or public relations, as well as other relevant certifications.
The applicants should also have at least one year of relevant work experience in a similar role with a proven track record of results, along with strong skills in sales, business development, and customer service.
