Two Kenyan public universities have advertised several jobs, inviting qualified candidates to submit their applications.
The University of Nairobi Enterprises and Services Limited (UNES), a commercial arm of UoN, advertised five vacant positions.
It asked applicants to apply for the positions through its website by October 4. “UNES seeks to recruit result-oriented, self-driven persons with high integrity to fill the following positions,” it stated in an advert on My Gov.
The following are the vacant posts: Assistant internal auditor.
Part-time – pediatric dentist – UoN Dental Clinic.
Part-time pediatric ophthalmologist – UoN Eye Clinic.
Optometrist – UoN Eye Clinic.
Manager, hospitality services.
At the same time, Maseno University invited applications for lecturer and other non-teaching positions.

In another job position, Safaricom announced jobs for experienced roles, including M-Pesa API engineer, database administrator, and senior cyber defence centre analyst.
NCBA Bank also announced job openings for positions like data engineer, digital acquisitions lead, and network administrator, with application deadlines extending through September 2024.
