Office –Parliament committee has approved all 20 Cabinet Secretary nominees for appointment by the president.
This is after a rigourous four-days vetting exercise that was conducted by the vetting committee under the leadership of Speaker Moses Wetang’ula.
The 20 Cabinet secretaries cleared by Parliament are among others, Davis Chirchir, Kithure Kindiki, Aden Duale, Alice Wahome, Soipan Tuya, and Kipchumba Murkomen for Sports and Culture.
From the opposition side, there is Wycliffe Oparanya, Ali Hassan Joho, Opiyo Wandayi and Orange Democratic Movement ODM Party Chairman John Mbadi.
President William Ruto is now expected to swear them into office.
